Full job description
JOB SUMMARY
Oversees all plant operations, and project execution activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of plant projects and operations. Provides technical direction and ensures compliance with industry standards, particularly in LPG and industrial gases operations.
JOB QUALIFICATONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering)
- At least 8-12 years of relevant experience in project management, industrial facility and operations development; with 5+ years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in handling end to end plant projects and process improvement
- Working knowledge of LPG and Industrial Gases operations, including storage, handling, distribution systems, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with applicable Philippine codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large scale projects simultaneously within time line, budget, and quality standards
- Willing to travel to project sites and handle field - based work when required
