About the role

Lead the design, deployment, and management of a scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure for the Omni Channel platform on Huawei Cloud

Coordinate with IT Shared Services (ITSS) and external vendors to ensure high system availability, operational readiness, and effective business continuity during system disruptions or security incidents

Ensure all deployments align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and compliance requirements in collaboration with ITSS and Dmall teams
Serve as the primary coordinator with Huawei for cloud hosting support and technical

requirements

Handle special projects and initiatives related to Omni Channel development and optimization

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 1 year handling cloud-based projects
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP); Huawei Cloud experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Preferred: Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Huawei Certified ICT Associate/Professional, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
Experience in the retail industry or similar business environment
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and ITIL principles
