About the role
The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand direction, translating business objectives into clear marketing plans and campaigns. This role encompasses end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, campaign management, content and brand management, digital marketing and performance tracking, stakeholder and project management, and event coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand direction
- Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans and campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and insights
- Contribute to annual and quarterly marketing planning
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline platforms
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards
- Support lead generation initiatives through targeted marketing activities
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights
- Create and manage content for social media, website, email, and marketing materials
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
About you
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, corporate, or agency environments
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and integrated marketing communications
- Content creation and copywriting across digital platforms
- Data analysis and performance reporting (KPIs, ROI, engagement metrics)
- Marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Digital advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads basics to intermediate)
- Marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Event marketing and project coordination
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
