OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – APPOINTMENT SETTER

The Outbound Customer Service Representative – Appointment Setter will be responsible for conducting professional outbound B2B calls to Australian businesses. The primary objective of the role is to identify and engage prospective clients, establish rapport with key decision-makers, qualify business opportunities, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The position requires an individual who is confident in conducting business-to-business conversations, capable of handling objections professionally, and committed to achieving established performance targets.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound B2B calls to Australian businesses and prospective clients. Identify and engage business owners, managers, and relevant decision-makers. Present company products and services clearly, professionally, and confidently. Qualify prospects based on established criteria and business requirements. Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Establish and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients. Respond appropriately to questions, concerns, and objections. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, prospects, and appointments. Consistently meet established daily and monthly call and appointment-setting targets. Follow approved call scripts, procedures, quality standards, and company policies.

About you

At least one (1) year of experience in B2B outbound calling, preferably with Australian clients or businesses. Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, outbound sales, or a related field is required or highly preferred. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills. Professional and confident manner when communicating with business owners and decision-makers. Strong ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and maintain productive business conversations. Results-oriented and comfortable working with performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Self-motivated, organized, reliable, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
