Sales Promodiser

The Sales Expert (Promodiser) is responsible for driving sales, ensuring product visibility, and fostering strong customer relationships to maximize the market presence and revenue of Tenkie Box Concept Inc. brands, including but not limited to Otterbox and Popsockets products.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Utilize promotional activities and sales techniques to boost product sales
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management on a monthly basis
• Utilize available marketing support such as promotions, giveaways, and product knowledge resources to drive sales and achieve targets
• Participate in regular product training sessions to stay updated on product features and

benefits

• Prepare and submit detailed inventory and sales reports promptly and accurately
• Receive incoming supplies and accurately record them in the logbook
• Build rapport with customers and demonstrate or explain product features and

benefits

• Foster positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the selling area to enhance customer experience
• About you1-2 years experience in a similar field is a plus
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in database and spreadsheets is an advantage
• Positive outlook, adaptability, proactive and team player
• Willing to work in a multi-branch set up
• Completed at least 2 years or 72 units of Tertiary education or College
