About the role

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – HR Technology & People Systems to join our People Portfolio team. Internally titled People Project Manager, this role is responsible for independently leading complex, cross-functional projects across the People/HR function, with a strong focus on technology implementation, systems, process improvement, and business transformation. You will manage projects from initiation and planning through implementation, transition, and closure, partnering with People/HR teams, Technology, business stakeholders, vendors, and other global teams to deliver successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on project manager who can take ownership of projects and run them independently from defining the project approach and building the plan, through stakeholder management, execution, risk management, implementation, and closure. Experience delivering SAS implementations or other enterprise technology implementations is highly relevant. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, HRIS/HCM platforms, payroll, benefits, talent, learning, people analytics, or other People technology is an advantage but is not required. This role reports to the Senior Manager, People Portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Lead complex, cross-functional People, HR technology, systems, and process improvement projects from initiation through implementation and closure. Independently develop and manage project plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables. Partner with People/HR functional leaders, Technology teams, business sponsors, vendors, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, success measures, governance, and delivery expectations. Translate business and People requirements into practical project plans, workstreams, milestones, and implementation activities. Coordinate multiple workstreams across People/HR, Technology, data, payroll, security, vendors, and other business functions. Lead project meetings, working sessions, governance forums, steering committee discussions, risk reviews, and status updates. Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints. Facilitate decisions and escalate delivery concerns with clear options, recommendations, and potential impacts. Manage changes to scope, timelines, resources, and budgets through appropriate change-control processes. Coordinate technology implementation activities such as configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, deployment, stabilization, and transition to support teams, as applicable. Manage vendor deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and performance in partnership with project sponsors and Procurement. Ensure appropriate business readiness, communications, training, adoption, and operational transition activities are incorporated into project plans. Provide clear and timely project reporting, including status, key accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, and decisions required. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, decisions, action items, change records, and project closure documentation. Use project management tools such as Smartsheet to maintain

s, dashboards, reports, risk and issue logs, resource views, and stakeholder communications. Apply PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and governance requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and delivery standards. Provide delivery guidance to project team members and less-experienced project managers when appropriate. Ensure projects involving employee information are delivered in accordance with applicable data privacy, security, confidentiality, and governance requirements. What We’re Looking For7+ years of project management experience, ideally managing complex, cross-functional or enterprise-level projects. Demonstrated experience independently managing and delivering projects from initiation through implementation and closure. Experience in technology implementation, systems implementation, enterprise applications, or business transformation projects. Experience with SAS implementation or similar technology implementation projects is highly relevant. Experience working with HR/People systems, HRIS, HCM, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, learning, people analytics, or other People technology is an advantage. Workday and/or ServiceNow experience is a plus, but not required. Experience working with multiple business and technical teams, vendors, stakeholders, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Experience working within a PMO or structured project governance environment is preferred. Practical experience applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Strong understanding of project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder management, implementation, and change control. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to communicate technical and process concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability across teams without direct authority. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, and project collaboration/reporting tools. Strong judgment and discretion when working with confidential employee and business information. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Certifications

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is a plus but not required.HRIS/People systems certifications, including Workday or similar platforms, are also advantageous. Work Arrangement & Hours

Hybrid work arrangement – minimum 3 days onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This role follows UK business hours, with the Manila schedule being:4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Manila time, or5:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. Manila time
