Proven experience in sales, preferably in lighting, architectural products, interiors, construction, or related industries. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Confident in dealing with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Willing to conduct client visits, site visits, and project meetings when required. Knowledge of lighting products and specifications is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
