Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive the development, enhancement, and performance of products and services within the payments and banking ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle—from planning and strategy through execution and delivery—while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market demands.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in banking, payments, or financial services, with proven experience in product management, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, development, implementation, enhancement, and retirement of products.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, and business requirements aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business units, technology groups, and external partners to deliver high-quality payment solutions.
• Monitor product performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, governance standards, and risk management requirements.
• Prepare business cases, product proposals, and performance reports.
• Coordinate product launches and enhancements while ensuring timely project delivery.
• Support financial analysis, budgeting, profitability tracking, and P&L management for assigned products.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in Product Management within banking, payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, banking operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, project execution, governance, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
• Certifications in Product Management or Project Management are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

• Experience working with banks/participants, BSP, PPMI, regulators, vendors, and technology teams.
• Strong analytical background, with experience using product KPIs, transaction data, pricing, and P&L to makeproduct decisions.
• Experience leading product enhancements, system implementations, or product launches.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
