About the role
Responsible for the efficient administration of day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance and timekeeping, payroll administration support, government statutory contributions, recruitment and onboarding documentation, employee benefits, and HR reporting. The position ensures that employee transactions are processed accurately and on time and that HR records and statutory requirements are properly maintained in compliance with company policies and applicable Philippine labor and government regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Process and monitor employee records and HR documentation
- Process and monitor attendance, timekeeping, overtime, leave, and payroll inputs
- Process and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, EC, and other applicable government statutory contributions
- Monitor statutory registration, updates, contribution

- Coordinate with Accounting/Finance regarding payroll and government contribution payments and reconciliation
- Monitor employee movements such as new hires, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, and separations
- Ensure all required HR documents are complete before processing
- Maintain HR trackers and monitor cut-off dates, deadlines, pending transactions, and compliance

- Prepare HR reports and provide timely updates to the HR Head
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all employee and HR information
About you
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2-3 years of relevant experience in HR or general office administration
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and corporate office software
