Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting a growing team of real estate professionals. This role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR strategies, performance management systems, and training programs that support employee engagement and professional development. Daily responsibilities also include handling employee relations, resolving workplace issues, maintaining HR records, and supporting compensation and benefits administration. The role collaborates closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance with Philippine labor laws, and implementation of workplace standards and procedures.
- Experience in training and development, coaching, and supporting career growth and capability building for diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR administration, including maintaining accurate HR records, managing HRIS or related systems, and handling compensation and benefits processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) are an advantage.
