Requirements and Qualification
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any equivalent degree
Other Knowledge and Skills Required
- Critical skills of a manager: planning, leading, organizing and controlling
- Can create Module
- Knowledgeable about TNA (Training Needs Analysis)
- Knowledgeable about the ADDIE Model
- Excellent communication skills & Good motivator
- Excellent teaching skills
- Good time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Application, CANVA, etc.
