About the role
This role involves setting up, maintaining, and managing Facebook groups, including group creation, basic setup, rule organization, content posting, and maintaining order.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily posting, replying, and comment interactions to improve group activity, engagement rate, and user participation
- Execute content publishing according to the operational plan, including activity posts, interactive posts, topic posts, and guidance posts
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner, maintain a positive community atmosphere, and handle basic user feedback
- Assist in organizing and compiling community operation materials, commonly used response scripts, posting

s, and group management templates
Support the team in basic execution tasks related to Facebook community growth, such as adding members, nurturing groups, content curation, and interaction follow-ups
- Regularly summarize community data and execution performance, including number of posts, reply rate, engagement levels, and overall group activity
- Complete other social media operation tasks assigned by the supervisor
About you
- Familiar with Facebook usage and understands the basic functions, interaction logic, and community culture of Facebook groups
- Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible, with the ability to consistently handle repetitive but important tasks
- Strong execution skills, able to consistently complete daily tasks such as posting, replying, and maintenance as required
- Basic writing skills, able to produce natural, authentic, and non-mechanical interactive content
- Able to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining good response speed and quality
- Experience in building, nurturing, and managing Facebook groups is preferred
- Experience in community management, customer service, content moderation, or online community maintenance is preferred
