Full Stack Developer

AT A GLANCE

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web application components that support business operations. This role collaborates with teams to understand project requirements and develop scalable web applications. This involves designing and maintaining backend components with Next.js, ensuring seamless integration with frontend user interfaces, and optimizing application performance.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain application features and enhancements based on technical requirements and project specifications.
• Develop end-to-end application features and enhancements across frontend and backend components.
• Translate functional requirements into working software solutions that support business needs.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following team development practices and quality requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Reviews and validates all automated or AI-assisted output against team quality standards.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using frontend web technologies and frameworks.
• Implement user interface components based on designs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure quality and accurate implementation of user experiences.
• Maintain frontend code quality and documentation.
• Support improvements to application usability, performance, and functionality.

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and application logic using web technologies and frameworks.
• Support database development by creating queries, maintaining the database schema, and implementing database migrations.
• Assist in integrating applications with internal systems and third-party services.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on backend services and system integrations.
• Ensure developed backend services and databases follow security and performance requirements.
• Ensure reliable data flow across applications and platforms.

Testing and Code Quality

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation of developed features before deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior developers.
• Follow established coding standards, version control practices, and development workflows.
• Identify and report bugs, technical issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices through technical discussions.
• Maintain documentation for developed components, configurations, and technical processes

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Expertise in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, etc.).
• Experience with backend development and frameworks (e.g., Nest.js, Spring, .NET, etc.), including React.js for frontend components.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with UI tools and frameworks and collaborating with designers.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of web security principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
