Your Role

As a Web Developer, you are responsible for: Manage updates, security, backups, performance, and uptime across all CPR Group sites. Build landing pages, templates, and new web sections to design specs—shipped fast and fully tested. Provide SNL Shopify support, integrations, and continuous platform improvements. Cleanly connect HubSpot forms, tracking, analytics, tag management, and third-party tools. Ensure optimal site speed, structure, and crawlability in alignment with content and SEO strategies. Qualifications Daily experience using AI tools (including AI-assisted coding) as a core part of your production process. Solid proficiency with WordPress, modern CMS platforms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with PHP.Hands-on experience shipping and managing Shopify themes, apps, and integrations. Habitual use of staging environments, testing, and version control. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with proactive internal and external communication. Fluent professional English (written and spoken) with reliable full-time availability during Sydney working hours. Preferred Skills HubSpot CMS experience

• Fluency in a Figma-to-build workflow
