Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Staff member to join our growing team. This role is vital in supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and committed to delivering efficient HR services.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and process employee compensation, payroll adjustments, and benefits in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
• Support the development and implementation of salary scales, incentive programs, and allowances.
• Prepare accurate reports on compensation data for management review.
• Assist in audits, compliance checks, and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth payroll and benefits administration.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding compensation-related inquiries.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and process HR-related documents such as contracts, reports, and memos.
• Coordinate employee benefits, attendance, and payroll requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and workplace standards.
• Provide support in employee relations, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least [insert years, e.g., 1–2 years] of HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
