Sales Representative

Nexora Office Support and Services is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by contacting prospective clients, qualifying incoming leads, presenting company services, and securing key appointments or agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage prospective clients and generate new business opportunities
• Evaluate incoming leads, present service offerings tailored to client needs, and maintain persistent follow-up to move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Document all client interactions, call histories, and account statuses within CRM or sales management platforms
• Consistently meet or exceed established weekly and monthly lead conversion and sales targets
• Partner with marketing and management teams to refine sales scripts, pitch strategies, and prospect targeting
• About you1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, BPO sales, appointment setting, or business development
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing client follow-ups
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management workflows is preferred
• Strong self-motivation, high accountability, and ability to handle objections professionally
• Willingness to work on-site and ability to start immediately is highly preferred
