JOB SUMMARY

The University of the Visayas - Compostela Campus is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Science Teacher to deliver quality instruction and foster student learning in Science-related subjects. The successful candidate will be responsible for lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and participation in academic and institutional activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education major in Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, General Science, or a closely related field.
• Master's degree in Education, Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT).
• At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in Science subjects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scientific concepts, laboratory procedures, and safety protocols.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online learning platforms.
• Ability to develop innovative and engaging learning experiences.
• Demonstrated commitment to student development and academic excellence.
