About the Role

You will report directly to the executive leading the company’s system design and development. This position combines hands-on programming with executive and secretarial support, including correspondence, reports, records management, research, coordination, and follow-up on assignments. SMS delivery to actual mobile numbers, including OTPs and other notifications, using Semaphore or another SMS gateway/APIApplicants who have personally implemented these features should identify the relevant project in their application and be prepared to explain their own contribution. Experience with email-only OTPs is helpful, but hands-on mobile SMS integration is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PHP/MySQL applications, databases, dashboards, forms, reports, and transaction workflows. Build tools for monitoring vessel operations, cargo movements, passenger ticketing, collections, disbursements, and bank transactions. Maintain sign-in integrations, SMS features, user permissions, security controls, backups, and version control. Develop document-management tools and organize information from spreadsheets, PDFs, and scanned records. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, research summaries, and technical documentation. Track instructions and deadlines, coordinate with personnel, identify discrepancies, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Practical knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relational databases, and responsive design. Strong organizational, communication, research, and problem-solving skills. Dependable, discreet, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information. Willing to perform both programming and executive-support duties on-site. Previous professional employment is not required, provided you meet the mandatory technical requirements.

Benefits

Food support: ₱350 per eligible workday—approximately ₱7,000 for 20 workdays or ₱8,400 for 24 workdays. Optional free furnished accommodation, including electricity and water, with an employer-estimated value of ₱30,000 monthly. Car work transportation on eligible days and approved routes. Applicable overtime pay in addition to basic salary. Government-mandated contributions and statutory benefits. Using the food estimates above, salary plus food support totals approximately ₱37,000–₱53,400 monthly. With accommodation, the combined estimated value is ₱67,000–₱83,400, excluding overtime and transportation. Actual food support varies with eligible workdays. Accommodation is provided in kind and has no cash equivalent if unused.
