Full Stack Data Engineer

What is your mission? We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Data Engineer to architect, build, and manage a centralized data infrastructure that serves as the foundation for enterprise analytics, demand planning, inventory optimization, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will take ownership of the entire data lifecycle, from designing scalable SQL data warehouses and developing automated ETL/ELT pipelines to integrating NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning data and delivering advanced Power BI dashboards. The successful candidate will modernize legacy manual processes, establish a single source of truth for business data, and create analytical solutions that support Sales and Operations Planning, demand forecasting, supplier performance monitoring, and operational decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end data architecture, data engineering, and business intelligence development while partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: Design, build, and manage a centralized SQL relational database and data warehouse environment that serves as the organization's single source of truth. Architect, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and automated ETL/ELT pipelines that replace manual data extraction and reporting processes. Integrate data from NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning, REST APIs, SharePoint repositories, and other business systems into a centralized data ecosystem. Extract, transform, and optimize critical supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and sales data for downstream analytics and reporting. Partner with Sales and Operations Planning, supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions. Build and enhance demand forecasting, inventory optimization, safety stock calculation, and supplier performance tracking models. Design and implement enterprise-grade data models, semantic layers, and analytical frameworks. Develop dynamic and automated Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using DAX and Power Query. Deliver actionable business insights to operations, purchasing, sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership teams. Lead the modernization of legacy workflows by replacing decentralized and manual processes with scalable automated data solutions. Communicate complex data architecture, analytics, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Who are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Data Engineering, Database Architecture, Analytics Engineering, or Full Stack Analytics roles. Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, consumer packaged goods, or similar operational environments. Expert-level proficiency in Structured Query Language and proven experience building data warehouses from the ground up. Strong experience with Azure SQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or similar cloud-based database environments. Strong programming experience using Python and modern ETL/ELT integration tools. Experience developing automated data pipelines that integrate data from REST APIs, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, and multiple business applications. Direct experience working with NetSuite data schemas, saved searches, and application programming interfaces is highly preferred. Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data visualization, business intelligence, and enterprise data modeling. Proven experience designing scalable data architecture, semantic models, and reporting solutions. Ability to work independently and successfully build technology solutions in an evolving and unstructured environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
