About the role
This role involves monitoring Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA), overseeing property status and updates for sale, and promoting properties through website and social media channels. You will train and supervise Sales & Marketing Officers, establish and monitor KPI/targets, and provide updates and reports to top management. You will interview prospective clients to determine their property needs, advise them on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and recommend sales pricing proposals for approval.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA)Oversee and monitor status/updates of properties for sale
- Promote properties for sale using current website and other controlled social media sites
- Train and supervise Sales & Marketing Officers
- Establish and monitor KPI/targets of all Sales & Marketing Officers
- Provide updates/reports to be submitted to top management
- Interview prospective clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
- Recommend sales pricing proposal for approval
About you
- Graduate of BS in Real Estate, Sales Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or Office Management
- Excellent skill in MS Office
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- At least 5 to 10 years related experience
- Driving skills is an advantage for this role
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
- Can start immediately
