About the role

We are seeking a Human Resource professional to join our team on a full-time basis in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a strategic role that will be fundamental to supporting our organisational growth and ensuring our workforce operates at peak efficiency. As a Human Resource professional, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting the broader business objectives of Kimberly Glazing & Indt'l Supply Inc. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions, contributing significantly to the development of our company culture and employee engagement strategies. What you'll be doing

• Administering core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle
• Managing employee relations and addressing workplace concerns with professionalism and impartiality
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and company values
• Coordinating employee training and development programmes to enhance skills and career progression opportunities
• Maintaining accurate HR records and managing confidential personnel files in accordance with data protection regulations
• Assisting with compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enquiries
• Contributing to recruitment efforts by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process
• Promoting employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Providing HR support and guidance to line managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations in the Philippines
• What we're looking forA diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical HR experience
• Proven experience working in a generalist HR role within a consulting or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational and time management skills
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters
• Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition processes is highly desirable
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and their implementation is advantageous
