This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain robust software solutions using .Net technologies. As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality applications that support our business objectives and drive innovation across our organisation. This position is integral to our technology team and will have a direct impact on the delivery of our software products and services. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .Net frameworks and related technologies

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to established coding standards and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance specialists, to understand requirements and deliver solutions

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to provide progress updates and address technical concerns
• Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability

What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Proficiency in .Net framework and C# programming language
• Banking background is a PLUSStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience with relational databases and SQLFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
• Experience with software testing frameworks and practices is advantageous
