Full job description
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
- Maintain books of accounts, journals, ledgers, and other financial documents.
- Record daily income, expenses, purchases, collections, and payments.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Prepare financial reports,
schedule
s, and supporting documents.
- Assist in payroll preparation and other accounting-related tasks.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial documents.
- Assist with audits and preparation of tax and government-related documents.
- Verify financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial records and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
