About the role
SMLC Behavioral Therapy Inc. is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our Human Resources Department (HRD) at the Head Office. This role offers valuable experience in employee support, HR administration, documentation, and coordination within a dynamic healthcare and therapy environment.PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department. Responsible for the proper preparation, organization, maintenance, and monitoring of employee records and HR-related documents. Assists in employee onboarding, pre-employment requirements, government benefits documentation, and other HR processes. Supports the HR team in ensuring that employee information and records are accurate, updated, and properly maintained. Assists the HR Manager and HR team in the timely and efficient implementation of HR-related functions and activities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Preparation and maintenance of employee HR records and documents; Assistance in SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG registration and documentation; Monitoring and updating of employee government benefit records; Assistance in the preparation and filing of HR-related documents; Updating of employee information in the HR/ERP system; Assistance in employee onboarding and pre-employment requirements; Monitoring of HR documents and pending requirements; Assistance in attendance, leave, and other routine HR administrative matters; Filing, organization, and maintenance of employee records; and
Other administrative HR tasks that may be assigned by the HR Manager.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants with HR, administrative, internship, or OJT experience are encouraged to apply. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic Excel functions. Willing to learn and adapt to HR systems, processes, and company policies. Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion. Organized, reliable, proactive, and service-oriented. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with employee onboarding, HR records, government benefits, attendance, leave administration, or HRIS/ERP systems is an advantage but not required. Willing to work onsite at Regalado Avenue West Fairview, Quezon City from Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
