HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead our HR function and play a key role in developing our people, strengthening our culture, and supporting the continued growth of our real estate business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead day-to-day HR operationc

OMPETs, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR policies. Partner with management on HR strategy, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Develop and conduct training, coaching, and development programs for employees and real estate sales professionals. Lead recruitment initiatives for corporate employees and real estate sales talent. Develop and improve KPI/KRA and performance management systems. Handle employee relations concerns and provide appropriate recommendations to management. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and applicable government regulations. Implement initiatives that strengthen company culture, productivity, teamwork, and employee retention.ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience. Experience in real estate, property brokerage, property development, or a related industry is highly preferred. Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR operations. Experience in developing and conducting training programs and workshops. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Business-minded, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.BENEFITS
