Outsource Teams places skilled Filipino professionals in long-term, full-time roles with businesses in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. You work from home as part of one client's team, with support from our Manila-based account managers and our own staff platform for onboarding, daily reports and timesheets. The Role

You will edit short-form video for marketing agencies and brands in Australia, the UK and the US: paid social ads, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and brand content.

What You Will Do

• Edit raw footage into scroll-stopping ads and social videos in multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Add captions, motion graphics, music and sound design
• Create variations of winning ads for testing
• Work from briefs and feedback, and hit same-day or next-day turnarounds
• Keep project files and exports organised

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio of short-form ads or social content
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; CapCut and DaVinci Resolve are a plusA strong sense of pacing, hooks and on-screen text for social media
• Good written English to follow briefs and give updates
