AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Operations / Automation Engineer who can help improve engineering and operational workflows through automation, data, and AI-driven solutions. The role will focus on identifying operational bottlenecks, reducing repetitive manual work, developing automation opportunities, and exploring practical applications of Agentic AI and LLM-based technologies across engineering and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify recurring operational tasks and processes that can be improved or automated
• Evaluate automation opportunities based on feasibility, impact, and business value
• Develop and implement automation solutions in a production environment
• Explore and validate Agentic AI use cases across detection, triage, investigation, remediation, and documentation workflows
• Build a roadmap for scalable AI-driven operational improvements
• Identify new AI use cases that can improve operational efficiency
• Analyze service onboarding processes and identify bottlenecks, knowledge gaps, and manual activities
• Improve documentation, runbooks, and knowledge resources using AI-assisted solutions
• Design and maintain dashboards that provide real-time and trend-based operational insights

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Physics, Data Science, or a related field2–4 years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, MLOps, or an operations-focused technical role

• Hands-on experience developing automation solutions or data pipelines in a production environment
• Strong understanding of operational processes and automation concepts
• Comfortable working with SQL and operational data
• Exposure to AI/ML tools, Agentic AI frameworks, or LLM-based applications is a strong advantage
• Ability to identify problems independently and develop practical solutions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
