About the role

We are seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources & Recruitment team on a full-time basis based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a strategic position that plays a vital role in building and strengthening our workforce. As Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support the continued growth and success of Concepcion Business Services, Inc. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand our talent needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies that align with our organisational goals. This role is essential to our ability to attract and retain the best people in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for current and future vacancies
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements, skills needed, and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programmes
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions within the organisation
• Conduct employment background checks and reference checks as required
• Negotiate job offers and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and detailed recruitment records and metrics using applicant tracking systems
• Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment legislation
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction initiatives
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related human resources role
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for diverse roles and at various seniority levels
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and hiring compliance requirements in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Certification in recruitment, talent management, or human resources (e.g., APHR, CHRP) is advantageous
• Experience with social media recruitment and digital talent acquisition strategies is preferred
• Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives is a plus
