About the role
Provide Level 1 support for all IT/System related issues or concerns, assist in the implementation and training for new systems, analyze business processes and suggest methods to streamline or improve processes, develop and maintain systems to automate business operations and ensure accurate data and reports, and collate and gather data from system database to generate operation and management critical reports.

About you
- Graduate of any 4-year IT course
- At least 1 year experience in VB.Net and MSSQLProficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Experience in network administration desired but not required
- Willing to do clerical/administrative work
- Detail-oriented and fast learner
- Can-do attitude and capable of thinking outside the box
- Experience as help desk preferred
