QuickBooks Accounting Assistant

We're opening a spot for a skilled QuickBooks Expert to support the company's accounting and bookkeeping operations. We'd love someone with strong QuickBooks Online experience and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. The role focuses on keeping financial records accurate, completing reconciliations, and making sure accounting data is well organized and correctly recorded. The candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable working on their own after initial training.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete bank reconciliations to confirm accounting records match bank transactions
• Oversee and maintain accounting entries in QuickBooks Online
• Take on bookkeeping tasks such as recording invoices and updating financial records
• Keep financial data organized and accurate in the accounting system
• Support structured accounting workflows and processes
• Help with ongoing accounting tasks and projects as needed
• Confirm financial records are properly documented and kept current

Mandatory Skills

• Strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience
• Solid grounding in accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Knowledge of accounting terminology and financial processes
• Ability to complete bank reconciliations accurately
• Background managing accounting records in Quick

Books

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
• Ability to keep financial information organized and well maintained

Preferred Skills

• Earlier experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles
• Background handling invoices and financial documentation
• Knowledge of financial reporting in Quick
