Customer Service Associate: 3 Month Contract

Support customers with enquiries about online orders, products and our stores during the busy Christmas trading period.

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and social media.
• Manage order enquiries, including changes, delivery updates, cancellations and returns.
• Investigate customer issues and provide clear, accurate updates through to resolution.
• Work with the fulfilment team to resolve picking, dispatch and delivery issues.
• Liaise with store leadership on stock, store purchases and customer enquiries that need local follow-up.
• Record customer interactions and escalate issues when additional support or approval is needed.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or ecommerce.
• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to give customers clear, helpful responses.
• Comfortable handling enquiries about orders, deliveries, products, returns and store matters.
• Able to learn new systems quickly, manage several enquiries at once and follow issues through to resolution.
• Have your own computer, a quality headset and a fast, stable internet connection suitable for remote customer service work.
• Available to start as soon as possible and work through to mid January 2027.
