Associate Data Engineer

We are seeking an Associate Data Engineer with a strong foundation in SQL and scripting, a passion for solving complex data problems, and a willingness to learn modern data technologies. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, can work with data pipelines, and is eager to grow in cloud-based data environments. Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize data solutions using SQL and Python or other scripting languages. Analyze data requirements and support data processing and transformation initiatives. Assist in building and maintaining ETL/ELT and data pipeline processes. Troubleshoot data-related issues and identify root causes through data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and reporting requirements. Support data quality, integrity, and performance initiatives. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and best practices in data engineering. Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of SQL fundamentals. Experience with Python or another scripting language. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, or Cloud Storage. Experience with ETL/ELT processes or data pipeline development. Academic, personal, internship, or professional data-related projects. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices. Preferred Candidate Profile
