DIABETES EDUCATOR / CLINICAL NURSE

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who enjoys patient education, hands-on training, and working directly with patients to join our team as a Diabetes Educator.

You will be trained to support patients using the DIACONN P8 Smart Insulin Pen, providing device education, patient onboarding, monitoring, follow-up, and ongoing support.

No sales background is required. The focus of this role is patient care, education, safe device use, and successful therapy adoption.

Responsibilities

• Patient Education & Onboarding – Educate patients on the proper and safe use of the DIACONN P8 Smart Insulin Pen and system.
• Patient Monitoring – Monitor patients’ blood glucose, insulin injection, and related diabetes management data through the DIACONN platform.
• Patient Support & Follow-Up – Provide ongoing guidance, address patient concerns, and support successful device use.
• Training & Deployment – Conduct patient training and support DIACONN deployment activities.
• Documentation & Communication – Maintain necessary records and communicate patient data, feedback, and issues to the relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active PRC License
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog

An advantage: Diabetes care/education experience, patient counseling, medical device training, or experience with digital health platforms.

• Salary rate: 25,000-35,000/month
