Work Arrangement: WFHINFORM GROUP INC. is looking for a Product Designer to join our team and work with Hey You, an Australian technology company transforming the way customers order from cafés and venues. Hey You is an Australian order-ahead network connecting 1,100+ cafés and their customers, with plans to grow to 80,000 monthly active users, 1,500 venues, and launch a new B2B Corporate revenue stream in FY2027. This is a hands-on product design role with genuine ownership. You'll shape the experience across both sides of the marketplace — from the customer placing an order through to the café operator managing menus, orders and their storefront. About the Role

As the Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design process across Hey You's consumer app, venue-facing tools and emerging Corporate product. You'll work from problem discovery through to production — conducting research, developing concepts, prototyping, creating high-fidelity designs and partnering closely with Product and Engineering to bring your work to life. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong design craft with product thinking. You should be comfortable working with imperfect information, asking the right questions, testing ideas with users and understanding how design decisions can influence metrics such as conversion, activation and retention. You'll work closely with the CEO, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams and will play an important role in shaping the product as Hey You scales. What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and problem framing through to launch. Design experiences across the consumer mobile app, venue-facing tools and web. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs. Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing. Translate customer and business needs into simple, intuitive product experiences. Design with conversion, activation and retention in mind. Use product data and customer feedback to assess whether design decisions are working. Build and maintain the Hey You design system across iOS, Android and web. Work closely with Product and Engineering throughout discovery, development and launch. Partner with Marketing to create high-converting, brand-aligned customer experiences. Ensure design intent is maintained through development and production. Continuously improve the quality, consistency and usability of the product. Contribute the design perspective to product decisions and priorities. What We're Looking For4+ years' experience designing digital products.A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, problem-solving and outcomes, not just polished screens. Strong experience across UX, interaction design and UI/visual design. Experience designing for mobile and web products. Strong proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools. Experience creating, maintaining or working within a design system. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Comfortable working with product metrics and designing for conversion and growth. Strong understanding of the relationship between customer experience and business outcomes. Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and defend design decisions. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. It would be a strong advantage if you have experience with: Consumer mobile applications

You won't be one designer working on a small piece of a much larger product.
