Reporting Assistant

Job Role: The Reporting Assistant is responsible for collecting, validating, and analysing operational data and preparing accurate reports for management and clients. The primary purpose of the role is to maintain performance scorecards and provide clear visibility of productivity across all teams, roles, and individual employees. Job Responsibilities: Maintain individual, role-based, and team performance scorecards

• Monitor key measures such as calls, accounts actioned, digital cases completed, collections, attendance, QA, compliance, and performance against targets
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management and clients
• Coordinate and deliver reporting requirements requested by clients
• Review current reports and recommend improvements to their accuracy, layout, clarity, and usefulness
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Support the automation of reports and dashboards
• Help transition current reporting into Power BI and progressively incorporate Power BI into regular management and client reporting
• Ensure reports are accurate, updated, and distributed within the required timelines

Job Qualifications: Preferably with at least 2 years and above of experience in the BPO industry as a Reporting Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role involving reporting functions

• Must possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in reporting tools, data visualization software, and presentation techniques
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, VBA, Macros, and Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and data integrity
