REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION MANAGER (SOUTH LUZON)

JOB SUMMARY:Responsible in over-all relationship & distribution management of the assigned region. Ensure execution of regional strategies and maintain performance excellence of the team.QUALIFICATIONS:Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field. Industry Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of proven sales and distribution management experience within the FMCG industry. Account Management: Strong, demonstrated track record in Local Key Accounts (LKA) management, account expansion, and client relationship building. Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
