Software Engineer – Frontend (Fintech)

We are looking for a versatile Frontend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our suite of web and mobile applications. In this role, you won't just write code—you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and cutting-edge financial technology solutions that directly impact our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Application Development: Design, build, and maintain robust frontend applications across web and mobile platforms ( Flutter, Android, iOS, Angular, and React), with a heavy focus on fintech solutions.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Partner with business analysts, tech leads, and product managers to translate business needs into clean, scalable, and reusable code. You'll help design application architecture, build core logic, and ensure thorough unit testing.
• Stability, Security, and Performance: Keep our apps rock-solid. You will optimize application speed, conduct performance testing, and implement strict security best practices to protect sensitive financial data.
• Collaboration & Agile Teamwork: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and elevate the team's output through constructive code reviews.
• Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Lend your technical expertise to resolve complex, operational service requests, provide timely debugging, and document technical solutions.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve. Research and propose new frontend frameworks, tools, and trends to continuously improve our products and development practices.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience building frontend applications using React and/or Angular for web, and Flutter, Android, or iOS for mobile.
• Fintech Background: Prior experience working on fintech-related applications or financial platforms is highly desirable.
• Solid Engineering Foundations: Strong understanding of system architecture, UI/UX implementation, database structures, and writing clean, testable code.
• Security & Optimization Mindset: Experience implementing security best practices and tuning application performance for maximum efficiency.
• Agile Mindset: Comfort working in an Agile/Scrum environment alongside cross-functional teams.
• Problem Solver & Communicator: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to both internal teams and customers.

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per hour
