The Role

We are looking for a Dynamics Engineer with strong background in C# and Angular to design, develop, and maintain Dynamics to support business and operational needs. The ideal candidate has experience working with Dynamics, backend development using C#, and frontend development using Angular.

The role requires someone who can work in Dynamics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that solutions are reliable, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable features on Dynamics 365
• Support integrations with Dynamics and build out new workflows in Dynamics
• Ensure quality, accuracy, security, and reliability across data solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, and integration issues.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C#/.NET.
• Build and enhance web applications and user interfaces using Angular.
• Optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Follow software development and data engineering best practices, including version control and CI/CD.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing data platforms and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related technical role.
• Strong experience with Dynamics
• Strong programming experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with Angular and modern web application development.
• knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working with Git or other version-control systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and deployment practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a Dynamics Engineer who is also comfortable working across backend and frontend technologies. You should be able to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
