CIVIL ENGINEERS W/ SALES EXPERIENCE (SALES ENGINEERS FOR METRO MANILA)

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to handle the sales of high-grade pre-painted roofing materials, wall cladding, framing systems, and floor decking. The role focuses on developing new clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Generate sales from contractors, developers, architects, hardware stores, and end-users. Prepare accurate cost estimates and close sales contracts. Develop new market opportunities and expand client base. Monitor sales quotations, contracts, intake, dispatch, and collections. Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable (A/R). Attend job-site meetings and maintain strong customer relationships. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Handle customer concerns and assist in resolving collection issues when necessary. Qualifications

Civil Engineering or Architecture graduate. At least 2 years sales experience from construction-related materials i.e. roofing, cement, rebar etc. With 2 years experience in direct selling to contractors, developers, hardware stores, or roofing specialists is preferred. Computer literate and knowledgeable in basic estimating. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented, proactive, and hardworking. Why Join Us!
