This role supports healthcare-related operations by handling customer and patient inquiries, reviewing and processing healthcare information, coordinating with appropriate teams, and ensuring that services are delivered accurately and efficiently. You will use your healthcare knowledge and professional experience to provide quality support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.

About you

For PHRN Applicants: Bachelor's Degree in BS Nursing

PRC-licensed Registered Nurse

• At least 6 months of CPO/BPO experience
• At least 6 months of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of healthcare processes and terminology
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment

For Allied Health Applicants: Bachelor's Degree in an allied health-related course (BS Pharmacy, BS Medical Technology, BS Biology, BS Psychology, BS Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, BS Nutrition, Social Work, or other relevant allied health courses)

• At least 6 months of healthcare BPO/CPO experience
• PRC License preferred but not required
• Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in a healthcare BPO/CPO environment
