- Job Title: Sales Manager | Davao-Based
- Location: Davao City
- Work Schedule: Onsite |Monday to Friday
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will lead a team, drive sales performance, and ensure targets are achieved. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, strategic, and experienced in managing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching/training
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Review pricing and support bidding to stay competitive
- Oversee promotional and sales activities
- Coordinate with other departments when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Experience in technical sales (e.g., water filtration, kitchen or laundry equipment) is preferred
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
