Technical Support Representative

Metacom Careers is hiring! We are looking for Technical Support Representatives for a Voice + Chat account in Alabang. No call center experience required — candidates with an IT or technical background are a plus!

• Position: Technical Support Representative
• Account Type: Technical Support
• Support Channel: Blended – Voice + Chat
• Location: Alabang
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Schedule: Shifting Schedule
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary Package: ₱20,000
• Experience: No BPO Experience Required
• Education: High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical concerns through voice and chat support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Document customer concerns and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and resolution time targets.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• No call center experience required.
• IT or technical background is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and logical thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn technical troubleshooting.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a shifting schedule.
