About the role
- Manage and maintain product listings across assigned e-commerce platforms.
- Update product details, including descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional information.
- Monitor daily store activities and account performance.
- Assist in executing online campaigns, promotions, and sales activities.
- Track sales performance, store metrics, and other relevant e-commerce data.
- Prepare and maintain reports on store activities and performance.
- Monitor assigned KPIs and performance targets.
- Identify and resolve product listing errors, account concerns, and platform-related issues.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to address operational concerns.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving online store performance, sales, and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce, online selling, or a related field.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online store operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar editing tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal
