About the role
Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. Promote and sell the company's products to existing and prospective customers. Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts. Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong business relationships. Ensure maximum product visibility and market penetration within the assigned area. Account Management
Manage and maintain existing customer accounts. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor customers' inventory levels and recommend appropriate orders. Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements and order fulfillment. Collection and Credit Monitoring
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments. Follow up outstanding receivables and coordinate with customers regarding payment

- Assist in maintaining healthy accounts receivable aging. Territory Management
Develop and implement territory plans to maximize sales opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the assigned territory. Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and market share
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field. At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the same industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Goal-oriented and results-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred). Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory
