About the role
This role supports and assists in the overall management of Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) functions, including employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, counseling, and labor-related matters. The position ensures the fair, consistent, and timely implementation of company policies, HR procedures, disciplinary processes, and applicable Philippine labor laws. Key responsibilities
Supports and assists in the overall management of Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) functions, including employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, counseling, and labor-related matters
- Ensures the fair, consistent, and timely implementation of company policies, HR procedures, disciplinary processes, and applicable Philippine labor laws
- Provides guidance and support in the review, evaluation, and resolution of employee and labor relations cases
- Oversees the preparation and maintenance of accurate, complete, and confidential ELR case documentation and employee records
- Coordinates with management, HR teams, internal departments, and relevant government agencies on employee and labor-related concerns
- Facilitates exit interviews and exit clearance processes, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with concerned departments
- Monitors employee relations trends and recurring workplace concerns and provides reports and recommendations to management
- Supports the HR Department in ensuring consistent case handling, effective employee communication, and compliance with established HR policies and procedures
About you
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Employee & Labor Relations (ELR), with demonstrated experience in handling employee cases, grievances, disciplinary matters, and labor-related concerns
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government regulations, company policies, and disciplinary procedures
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and provide guidance in the handling of employee and labor relations cases
- Strong communication, interpersonal, counseling, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent skills in case documentation, investigation, report preparation, and case management
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with HR, management, employees, and other internal departments
- Leadership capability with the ability to coach and support ELR team members and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
