Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage email inquiries and live chat sessions from pharmacy and app clients.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Answer and triage inbound calls by creating support tickets.
• Resolve customer concerns whenever possible and escalate or route unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment.
