Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration. Knowledge of basic HR policies and employment practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to work on site EASTWOOD, Libis, Quezon City and Shifting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Employee Relations- Assist the HR Manager in handling employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.- Receive and document employee concerns and coordinate appropriate action with the HR Manager.- Assist in preparing Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), memoranda, and other HR documents.- Maintain proper documentation of disciplinary cases and employee-related incidents.- Assist in conducting administrative investigations and gathering relevant documents and evidence.- Help ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.2. Recruitment and Onboarding - as needed- Coordinate recruitment requirements and maintain candidate records.- Assist with background checks and pre-employment requirements.- Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure completion of required employment documents.3. HR Administration- Maintain and update 201 files and electronic employee records.- Prepare employment-related documents, certificates, memoranda, notices, and HR forms.- Monitor employee requirements and ensure timely submission of documents.- Assist in maintaining HR databases and HRIS records.- Safeguard confidential employee and company information.4. Attendance and Timekeeping- Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, absences, undertime, and overtime records.- Assist in reviewing timekeeping records and resolving discrepancies.- Coordinate timekeeping adjustments and ensure proper documentation.- Assist in preparing attendance-related reports for payroll processing.5. Payroll and Benefits Support- Assist in validating payroll-related employee information and attendance records.- Coordinate employee concerns regarding payroll, government contributions, deductions, and benefits.- Assist in processing and maintaining records for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.- Assist in HMO enrollment and employee benefits administration.6. HR Compliance- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable Philippine labor laws and regulations.- Maintain organized records of HR policies, employee cases, and compliance documents.- Assist in preparing documents required for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.- Immediately escalate potential labor, disciplinary, or compliance concerns to the HR Manager.AUTHORITY AND ACCOUNTABILITYThe HR Assistant is responsible for ensuring that assigned HR administrative and employee relations tasks are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. The HR Assistant shall escalate disciplinary, legal, labor relations, and other sensitive employee matters to the HR Manager and shall not make final decisions on termination, suspension, or other major disciplinary actions without proper authorization.
