Product Development Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Communication Research, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Professional Experience

• At least five years of relevant experience in product development, market research, customer insights, user research, product strategy, product management, business intelligence, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience leading research projects, managing team members, or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
• Experience translating research findings into recommendations used in product or business decisions.
• Previous experience in banking, lending, payments, insurance, fintech, e-wallets, or another regulated financial-services environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience establishing a new research capability, process, or team is an advantage.
