Company Nurse

We are seeking an empathetic, proactive, and licensed Company Nurse to oversee the health, safety, and wellness of both our hotel staff and guests. In this role, you will manage our on-site clinic, handle occupational health standards, deliver immediate emergency triage, and drive preventive health initiatives across the property.

Key responsibilities

Provide immediate medical assessment and basic life support/first aid for acute illnesses or injuries involving guests and employees. Manage clinic inventory, maintain confidential medical records, and administer over-the-counter medications or basic treatments as needed. Oversee annual physical examinations, monitor sick leaves, assist with work-related injury/illness tracking, and ensure compliance with local occupational health regulations. Partner with HR and Risk Management to conduct health awareness programs, monitor hygiene/food safety standards, and support hotel infection control protocols. Serve as the primary liaison between the hotel and nearby hospitals, ambulances, and insurance providers during medical evacuations or serious emergencies.

About you

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Registered Nurse (RN) with an active state/national nursing license. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. Occupational Health and Safety Nursing certification is a strong plus. Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in a clinical, occupational health, or emergency setting. Hospitality experience preferred. Calm under pressure, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, discretion with sensitive medical data, and strong multi-tasking abilities. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed in a 24/7 hotel environment.
