Your Role: As an General Accountant, you will: Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review journal entries, including accruals, payroll, intercompany, and month-end adjustments. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities within agreed timelines. Generate monthly reports and variance analyses to support business decision-making and resolve financial discrepancies. Ensure strong financial controls, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement of reporting processes. What You Need: Non-negotiables

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of full-charge accounting experience handling a complete set of accounts. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups). Proven track record in managing month-end/year-end closes and balance sheet reconciliations. Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Preferred skills/expertiseCPA qualification or equivalent professional certification. Experience in a multinational company, shared services, or BPO environment. Hands-on experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. Strong capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and resolve process discrepancies. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and maintaining internal financial controls.–About Micro
